The following information will help you file claims on behalf of your patients and clients who participate in the 9/11 Mental Health and Substance Abuse Program. Please remember that enrollment for the program has ended as of January 2, 2007. All claims for services provided on or before December 31, 2007 must be postmarked by March 31, 2008. See the IMPORTANT DEADLINES section of the website for more information.
